CUSTOMER/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All extra-UK customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own countries. Declared value must be of the value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

VPG Sim Ltd. will DO NOT put a lower value on the parcel. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

SHIPPING RATES

Each order is shipped via UPS International Courier.

Shipping rates are indicated on the INVOICE before proceed with the payment.

It will be up to the customer to verify it before payment

Costs vary and are based on: country destination, the size and weight of the individual item ordered. The amount due will be calculated by VPG Sim Ltd. and indicated in the INVOICE before payment.

To ensure reliable and fast shipping VPG Sim Ltd. use UPS international shipping company. Please note, we do not deliver to others courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

VPG Simalb Ltd. ship to most destinations around the world using internation UPS insurance delivery service. Delivery times are managed by the courier

We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.

Please note: shipping rates do not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

By confirming a purchase you are accepting responsibility for all Custom Charges incurred. You will be importing goods into your destination country.

VPG Sim Ltd. wishes to remind you that as the importer of goods you are legally responsible for any taxes, duties, and charges by your Government.

VPG Simalb Ltd. do not have any control over customs charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations and compliances. If you are concerned about what charges you may be liable for, please check with your local customs office before proceeding to checkout. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Under no circumstances VPG Sim Ltd. accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender

LEAD TIME

Each product is hand-made, tested and controlled before shipping. This process needs time in order to give an high-quality product to the client.

Orders will be shipped in batches of 10/15 units. In the event that VPG Sim Ltd. does not reach the the batch quantity, the customer will be informed by e-mail if he wants to cancel the order or accept the waiting time until the VPG Sim Ltd. is ready to deliver the batch

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.

Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify VPG Sim Ltd. as soon as possible.

PRICING

VPG Sim Ltd. reserves the right to change prices without notice.

WARRANTY

The Warranty Period for VPG Sim Ltd. products is two years from the date of purchase for EU citizens. This Limited Warranty only applies to VPG Sim Ltd. products purchased from our site.
During this period, VPG Sim Ltd. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

The Warranty does not cover shipping costs that may occur – they must be paid by the buyer. This Limited Warranty is transferable.
A replacement product or part obtains a new two-year warranty period beginning from the date of replacement or repair.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Any malfunctions which are not a result of defects in workmanship or original product materials
• Damage, malfunctions or conditions resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification, or by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster/ theft or loss of the products.
• Damage caused by service performed by a service provider not authorised by VPG Sim Ltd.
• Damage caused by the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
• VPG Sim Ltd. will not be held liable for any damages occurred during return shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract and not will you have to pay any penalty. Please ">contact us to arrange this.

Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or refund custom-made orders except in the event of a material defect. Accidental damage is not covered by any warranty given.

It will be care to VPG Sim Ltd. having confirmation and agree of product eventually customized as per customer request before starting the production

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, VPG Sim Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders.
VPG Sim Ltd. will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the bank account used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be available.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of an unused item within 14 business days once purchase is dispatched. Items should be in the original condition and unused.

Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.

Note: If the products is made customised or modified with customer specifications, ABSOLUTELY can't be returned or refunded.

We will happily accept a return of an item which has not be CUSTOMIZED from specific customer request or used in anyway and is returned in it’s original condition for a full refund. Please return within 14 business days from the date after your order was dispatched.

The Return shipping is payable by the customer and it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.

VPG Sim Ltd. are not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded. We will process your refund within 10 business days of the return arriving to our warehouse, followed by a confirmation email.

VPG Simalb Ltd. reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our RETURN Policy and SHIPPING RETURN policy.

Let us know the reason for the Return

VPG Sim Ltd. will contact the customer via e-mail indicating the return address.

Once your Return arrives within the warehouse please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.

SHIPPING RETURN

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it fully tracked for peace of mind.

REFUND METHOD

We will credit your original method of payment minus shipping charges, transaction fees and any duties paid.

FAULTY POLICY

Every product we send out is hand-maded, assembled, tested and controlled; however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it as long as it has been returned within 14 working days of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
